Octopus empanada (pasty)
Ingredients:
- One bag of ‘O Pulpeiro’ cooked octopus
- Empanada dough
- 3 large onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
Method:
- In a pan with oil, sauté the red pepper, finely chopped garlic and onion.
- Next, add the octopus cut into slices to the sautéed vegetables.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dough by stretching it with a wooden rolling pin.
- When the filling is ready, fill the dough with it.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
- Prick the dough with a fork and put the empanada in the oven for 10 minutes at 170º.
